Terms of Service
Last updated: July 22, 2026
These Terms apply to your access and use of itarot.live online Tarot readings, AI interpretations, learning content, and paid features. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
itarot.live offers Rider-Waite Tarot spreads (25 layouts), upright and reversed draws, AI text reports, and card meanings. Some AI features require payment or membership. We may change features, spreads, and pricing. You must be 18 or older to purchase paid content.
2. Account and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information and must not use the Platform for illegal, abusive, or infringing activity, including bypassing payments, scraping, or abusing AI APIs. We may restrict violators.
3. Payments, membership, and refunds
One-time unlocks and memberships are paid via Stripe (cards / wallets); some locales may use Alipay. After successful payment, the matching unlock or prepaid membership period is activated (not an auto-renewing Stripe subscription unless clearly stated at checkout). Keep your return URL and order details.
Refund and cancellation rules are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Alliance membership quotas may be shared across sister sites as described on the pricing page.
4. Intellectual property
Site design, copy, spread logic, AI prompts, and branding are protected. You may not copy them for commercial competing products. Traditional Tarot symbolism in the public domain is excluded, but our specific expression is not.
5. Changes and outages
We may suspend service for maintenance or force majeure. We are not liable for indirect losses beyond what law allows.
6. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided “as is”. AI readings are for entertainment and reflection only (see Disclaimer). Our total liability for a given order is limited to what you paid for that order, where applicable.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Disputes should be resolved by negotiation first, then courts with jurisdiction where the operator is located.
