Refund & Cancellation Policy

Paid unlocks are digital content delivered immediately (or as soon as practicable) after payment.

• Once an AI report is generated or unlock access is granted, refunds are generally not available except where required by law or as below.
• If a system fault causes a duplicate charge, or you paid but received no report / unlock, email [email protected] with your order ID; we will restore access or refund after verification.
• Dissatisfaction with AI wording or regretting your question after delivery usually does not qualify for a refund.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA, distance contracts may include a 14-day cooling-off period. For digital content, that right is usually lost once delivery begins with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you will lose the right to cancel. Completing an immediate unlock checkout means you request immediate performance and, where allowed, waive applicable cooling-off rights once delivery starts.

• Memberships are generally prepaid monthly / yearly periods, not auto-renewing Stripe subscriptions unless clearly stated at checkout.
• Access usually lasts until the end of the paid period; repurchase if you wish to continue.
• Except where required by law or if we permanently withdraw membership without a reasonable alternative, paid periods are generally not refunded on a pro-rata daily basis.
• Contact [email protected] for verified duplicate or erroneous charges.

Email [email protected] with: order or checkout ID, approximate payment time, and a short description. We aim to reply within a few business days.

Please contact us before filing a card chargeback so we can resolve delivery issues quickly. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to account restrictions.
