1. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Information you provide: divination questions, choice labels (e.g. two-option spreads), registration email, optional subscription email.
- Technical and log data: browser type, language, visit time, pages viewed, approximate device info for security and performance.
- Payment and order data: card / wallet payments are processed by Stripe; some locales use Alipay. Sensitive payment details are handled by the payment provider; we typically receive order IDs, status, amount, and currency—not full card numbers.
- Cookies and local storage: for language, theme, payment return, and session state.
2. How we use information
We use data to:
- Generate and display spread results and AI reports;
- Process payments, membership quotas, and support;
- Send service-related emails when permitted;
- Prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the site;
- Comply with law and lawful requests.
3. AI and third-party services
AI readings may use third-party LLM providers (e.g. Google Gemini). Your question and card data (names, positions, upright/reversed) may be sent to process reports. 4. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may share data only with your consent, with necessary service providers (including Stripe and Alipay), or when required by law.
5. Retention and cross-border transfer
We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Orders, payment records, and support tickets may be kept longer (for example around seven years) for accounting, tax, and disputes. Data may be processed outside your country (including via Stripe) with reasonable safeguards.
6. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, or deletion, or unsubscribe from emails. Contact [email protected]. Minors under 18 should use the service with guardian consent; paid features are for users aged 18+.
7. Policy updates
